Here we can discuss your goals within a fitness program. We will create a program that will best suit these goals and initiate a course of action to capitalize on strengths and develop weaknesses or limitations. This will include a 12-week program with detailed exercises specific to your needs and schedule.

Check-in weekly or bi-weekly to examine the progress and sustainability of your program. The goal is to make sure that the program is working for you in the best way. If there is an opportunity to improve or adjust the program to better benefit you, during check-in, we can do so. We can also cover topics separate from the program, such as nutrition, mindset, and recovery for example.

Discuss any questions about getting to know me, what is offered from the website, and fitness goal questions. Ask anything that is on your mind or that can benefit you.
